Spin Flow is a guided practice that blends cardio, rhythm, and intentional fascial release — helping you move with more awareness while gently building strength and mobility. This is not about pushing harder, but about learning how to move in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.
Each session offers space to reset, reconnect, and leave feeling more grounded, clear, and energized as you move into your day.

A unique blend of energizing spinning for 45 minutes and 15 minutes of restorative Fascial Maneuvers designed to wake up your body, calm your nervous system, and leave you feeling clear, strong, and balanced.

What you will need :
Spin Bike or a bike on a trainer
Computer
Headset (to let your family rest 😉)
A water bottle
Indoor running shoes or cycling shoes
Comfortable clothes you can move in
A towel for sweat
A yoga mat (for the Fascial Maneuvers portion)
An open mind & willingness to move, feel, and release
