Fascial Maneuvers Class

A Fascial Maneuver is a self-healing technique that combines intentional movement, breathwork, and counter-rotation to release tension and restore balance in the body's connective tissue system.

A guided movement session that helps you:

  • Unwind stuck fascia

  • Release physical tension and stored emotions

  • Reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence

  • Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more at ease

We move slowly and intentionally—this is not a workout, it’s a practice of deep listening and self-healing. All levels welcome, and you’re always invited to go at your own pace.

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable clothes you can move in

  • Water

  • Curiosity and a willingness to feel

  • Barefeet and no jewelry
