With more than 30 years of experience as a registered massage therapist in Toronto, I create personalized private sessions that are tailored to your unique goals.

How our sessions work

Building off the foundation of Fascial Maneuvers, I start with table and floor-based techniques with targeted Fascial Maneuvers.


After I assess your movement patterns, I apply hand-on maneuvers customized to your unique goal that will help to release tension throughout your body.

As we continue our sessions together, you’ll learn practical tips to maintain optimal fascial health on your own.

Like anything, your success with Fascial Maneuvers treatment depends on how well you take care of yourself at home—it's a team effort between you and me.

Our sessions work best by combining them with at home classes you can follow along with online.
